2. What are core groups?

3. What is a torch bearer?
Each core group has a torch bearer. The torch bearer is the spearhead of each Wejoice event. THE TORCH CAN BE PASSED AT ANY TIME. Don't get burnt out! At the closure of each event, talk with your group to see if anyone else wants to host the next event at their location. The Founders set it up this way to spread the responsibility of hosting the event around. For some people it will be impossible to host the event; we realize that. We also realize some people will always want to host the event. Torch bearers should always ask for help. This is a group effort! Wejoice should always be fun and not work!
The torch bearer is responsible for the following:
- 1. Hosting Wejoice
- 2. Party Food (ask for help from other members)
The torch bearer has the following wejoice.com priviledges:
- 1. Invite people to join
- 2. Update the group photo
- 3. Update the group bio

4. What is the party journal for?
The party journal is your groups way to memoralize each Wejoice. Every member of your group can post their thoughts (written entries), photo sets (currently through Flickr™), and videos (currently through YouTube™). Full names of group members will only be visable to other members of your group. Written entries can be submited as "Private", so only group members will be able to view them. Party journal entries can be deleted by anyone in your group. Videos and Photo sets are entirely public. Wejoice requires that you have permission by your groups members to post videos or photos that contains images of them. The party journal for each event will be open for 7 days following that month's Wejoice. After the seven days, the party journal for the next event will be opened. You will always be able to go back into your past journals to view what happened at your Wejoice.
